Description:	I have created a homepage design for a website. The design is at the link below: http://www.project320.com/clientzone/kyleking/kyle2.htm The function that I am looking for is when you go to the homepage you will see the "OPT IN" box. This is the form that takes in your Name and Email. Here are the functions we would like to happen: - Once the user signs up the data would would go into a exsisting database. - We also want to have an auto responder when they do sign up, where they are sent an email that thanks them for signing up for the SR, informs them that they will receive my bi-weekly "ezine" or newsletter, and provides them with a link that gives them the SR in pdf format (either it downloads, or it shows up as a page on the net). If they don't complete this step, we don't grab their address. I imagine it is a good way to avoid the spam drain... and I'm open to suggestions on that. - An email is also sent to the author notifying them that someone signed up for the report - We would like some type of tracking system that would tell us the activity of the form - The website has "interior" pages that are being created. We would want the identical form that is on the homepage placed in a coloum on the interior pages Thank you for your bids!
