Description: MSSQL 2000 DB tool – or what ever you suggest

i need a script that can change in the MSSQL 2000 data table fields encoded at windows-1255 DATA to UTF8 automatically

It must be a simple script to convert the data back to the table fields as utf8

1) the DATA encoded at windows-1255 has to change at ones back to the table to UTF8 format
2) its only in the SQL database NO WEB PAGES NEED TO BE CHANGE

i have attached an example database with one table example.

there are many tables with different column's.
the tool/script will need to change the tables automatically
