I can do this job for you. An example of my web and html ability is the site I recently created: www.lawtonlinks.com. I have Dreamweaver MX which is just as good if not better than MS Frontpage. I can also fix any code you have need fixing in all the pages with only a few clicks. I recomend having a little space between the edge of the page and the start of the text.
