I need a talented web developer to create a distinctive real estate website with membership features for users in Turkey that will focus on both residential and commercial real estate.
Basic Required Features:
- Property Listing: The website must have the ability to list and display a variety of properties.
- Search Functionality: Users should be able to easily search and filter through these features based on their preferences.
- Interactive Map: An interactive map feature will be crucial in helping users visualize the locations of properties.
- Artificial Intelligence: 1) Artificial intelligence-based real estate investment advisory services to help users make more informed decisions when investing. 2) Can predict future price changes by analyzing market data. 3) Thanks to artificial intelligence-supported virtual tour features, users can tour houses virtually before visiting them physically. Additionally, it offers real-time features so users can view properties live.
User interaction:
- View Photos and Details: Users should be able to view images and detailed information about each property.
- Schedule a Viewing: It should be possible for potential buyers to schedule viewings directly on site.
- Contact the Listing Representative: When site members want to buy or rent a property, they will be able to access the contact information of the property owner by paying only a fee. Buying and renting will definitely require a lawyer to execute the contract and check the accuracy of the information about the property.
